I would think there would have to be a fence for both PSA and PDT. Otherwise PSA would be getting the shaft. Current PSA guys couldn't move to the dash voluntary or not, and PDT guys couldn't jump to the jet. If PDT guys jumping on the jet is your only fear, I am sure that could be solved quite quickly by the MEC's. I think the fact that PSA and PDT are working together on contract negotiations is a step in the right direction, wither or not there is a merger on the horizon.
