Before I even post this let me just say that I really have no idea about how this all works so I'm asking. I just saw that FedEx reduced the line monthly guarantee to 52 hours. And I’ve also seen on here where UPS pilots are rightfully advising each other to not take any pay cut concessions so that the furloughed would have something good to come back to. Now I agree in fighting to not take any pay cuts but what’s the use when management can get around that by reducing hours?

I guess if it was okayed by the pilot group then that’s another story.
