The pilots can't simply refuse to fly. That's grounds to be fired. The union's would have to come to agreement on that.
Read your contract again.
Many years ago, Bedford came to the Chautauqua Pilot group to fly the Comair struck work. They could not be forced to fly struck work and it went for a vote.
It failed miserably.
