I took a quick look at the CBA. It seems section 23 E. 5. applies. But I am no CBA Guru!!!

"Upon requalification, a pilot will be awarded a vacancy in accordance with
Section 24 of this Agreement"

I guess vacancy is the keyword here. They have just had a system bid. You can only bid for a vacancy once recalled. Since they always have a vacancy bid out before each recall, you can't just come back into the base of your choice after furlough no matter you seniority.

Please anyone feel free to correct me on this if I am wrong. there may be other sections or LOA's that apply.
