Actually, it should be easier than thought. Instead of our historic "stance" that
struck routes will not be worked by other airlines, we just put in language that says that any routes operated by pilots on that company's list will never be eligable to be worked by any other pilot or pilot list.
Just that simple...
IE, if that company still exists, only one pilot list will be eligable to work the company's routes.
