Many years ago, Bedford came to the Chautauqua Pilot group to fly the Comair struck work. They could not be forced to fly struck work and it went for a vote.
It failed miserably.
I've read my contract a few times. What's wrong with my statement exactly? If I show up and say "No I'm not flying" the company can fire me. The union has to call the shots then we follow their lead. It's not a union if you operate as individuals. You aren't protected for operating as an individual. The unions will issues statements and instructions should something like that happen.
