We're discussing the TV show from the 50's. The series is available on DVD, and the soundtrack (which is awesome, BTW) was available on two CD's (originally two LP's, as you noted). I don't know if you can still get the original soundtrack release (NBC symphony orchestra) sold new, but I wouldn't settle for a copy.

There was also a two hour movie, sold on VHS. I've never seen it on DVD.
