I estimate over 1/4 Million dollars in total just at the Tucson location that NPA owes students they mislead to get into the program and then dashed the student's hopes by not providing a program that resided even within the same universe as people (probably like warbird1604) lied and lied and lied to get the students to cash in on. As far as the "Lead Individual" warbird1604 speaks of: Maybe warbird1604 do some real research before laying false accusations out with the legal ramifications like those he states as fact. Remember, statements made in print remain, and this whole situation has become a pretty stagnant hotbed for some nice fraud and gross negligence lawsuits.
