If you mean by putting language in that specifically stops what's happened at Midex, built payscales for aircraft that never existed at the time, dropped junior manning while at the same time stopping a whipsaw by uniting all the certificates under one payscale then yes I'm sure with that solid foundation they'll have room to grow.

You don't know much about the strike process, do you.
I do know the strike process exactly where in it are they?
It's really quite simple, your pilot group are enablers. You do the job cheaper so management uses you to leverage us. I agree that there are no job actions that you can perform to stop this now, but let's see what your next contract holds.
Our pilot group is a regional pilot group. Unless you want to call every regional enablers then sure I guess we are. But if you're going to call us all enablers then why not just stick with the word regional since it's all encompassing anyway.
When/if released from mediation and an impasse is declared, that may happen. Is this a rhetorical question? Are you really that ignorant about the process for a legal job action?
BINGO! You my friend have said the magical words. Go through this thread an see how many people have said that RAH pilots should simply refuse to fly. It was directed at 320toBears and the many others who seem to think the RAH pilots have a choice and should simply say "no" to the flying. I'm not ignorant to the process at all. It was a means to make a point.
Don't go there on a jumpseat war and your right, the CA decides, not you. You really are like my annoying younger brother
There's no wars here. I'm not hinting at that. I just don't see the point in someone acting so big and bad and "I think your SCUM" then show up in person and "may I have a ride pretty please I've always liked you guys". Give me a break with the drama queens. If you can't man up to your statements then what's the point of making them. I might have not always been agreed with but I haven't degraded any pilot group of any airline from Freedom up to UPS. I've spoken ill of some of their managements, J.O., but never about the pilots because I can sit here and understand that they are obligated to follow their contract and their management is who makes the business decisions. Far too many here don't see it that way. If those here really hate RAH so much then man up to the statements. It's not a jumpseat war it's seeing who's full of it and willing to stand by their words.
