More like you think they would have hired a police consultant. That show is so completely ridiculous. I don't think I've seen any show that makes me think anything that happened is plausible. Good entertainment though
Got a cousin who is Chief of Detectives for a large city out west. He just laughs and rolls his eyes every time someone asks him about these shows. Says people watch, get ideas, and think that they can fool the cops, but it actually makes his job that much easier. Also, he wishes that they had all the equipment portrayed and that they could get a DNA sample back that quick.
