I'm sorry, but I need a clarification here. When you say "they ran out of well qualified individuals", I'm guessing you mean well qualified individuals that conform to SPECIFIC demographic, correct?
Otherwise, I'd have a hard time believing that UAL truly had a lack of well qualified individuals how had applied.
