Just in case you don't understand our structure. The Express unit is completely separate from Ground, LTL, Freight etc.. We don't carry their stuff on planes and they don't deliver our stuff on their trucks. The purple and orange trucks are the ones he is trying to keep the Teamsters from because they are part of the airline and mutually exclusive from the other units. We have different sort facilities and entirely different hubs. I think he is justified trying to keep them away from the airline. However, probably can't make that arguement with Ground, Freight etc..

I've always envied the way one guy delivered all the stuff at UPS and wondered why we didn't follow suit. Now I am starting to understand. Method to the madness.
