I was hired by both Blue and AirTran. Decided on AirTran for the reasons of pay and commuting location. But also, I wanted a collective bargaining agreement; Blue has a pilot contract but you become "at will" at the 5 year mark. I didn't like that....
They both seemed to have pilots that liked working there; everyone was positive at both carriers. I considered myself lucky to be in that situation.
