I will be unable to obtain a 1st or 2nd class medical. (You can look at my post in pilot health if you are interested in why)

I'm wondering where the best place to work as a career flight instructor would be? I am looking to work my way up through an organization; senior flight instructor, assistant chief, chief, etc... Also, do I have any options other than flight instructing considering I will not be able to obtain a 1st or 2nd class medical? I am currently flight instructing at an FBO, but it is definitely not a career job. I have 400 TT and 110 dual given.
