I gained a little perspective on our DL merger this weekend after talking to America West/US Airways crew.
I asked them how their merger was going and they went on a 5 minute rant about how both groups hated each. They said management has no plan to merge the groups and they have no idea when they will be operating as one airline.
Just a moment that helped me appreciate where our merger is right now. I hope we stay on track.
