There's definite benefits to a personal visit like tbmpilot said, but there's also some possible downsides related to it. If you go about it the right way though I'm sure it could turn out well. I just urge you to be respectful of what appears to be a very overloaded woman working in HR. There's a definite fine line between showing genuine interest in working for the company and coming across as pushy.

Just to let you know, I've never worked for Ameriflight so I'm not commenting on how they feel about the issue.
