Oops, reread your post. We are of similar opinion.
A 30 hour build window has created many of the problems that PBS causes in QOL. Narrowing the window will help quite a bit in my opinion but the devil is in the details. That and a calendar day off in domicile will at least prevent some abuses by the company. I'm sure the TA has many more issues that are negative but those 2 help. Bottom line until true rigs return QOL will still not be where it shoud be. As I told many folks that where happy when the LCO provisions went away I can show you how to build a "legal" schedule that sucks...company demonstrated it over Christmas this year.
