I don't have the regs handy, but I'm pretty sure that you have to stay within 25NM.

I am certain that you can't land at any airport other than the departure point during such a flight. That would definitely get into 135 territory.

You need to read the regs thoroughly, and then maybe go talk to your FSDO before you do this.

Don't forget 100 hour inspections and your insurance rules.
