I have a few friends who went to Compass from ATA. it was pretty much the only place hiring at the time. I will tell you alot of guys there are high time. I heard the company is pretty good but they all complain of the pay. Thats everywhere. Most of my pals there have well over 4000 hrs. Alot of the FO's have well over 1500TT min.

like was said in an ealier post.....alot of high time pilots are on the line and regionals are picking them up. I know one guy right now with 20000 and he's itting right seat at a regional. It's all that was available. Hope the industry picks up and soon.
