Take it easy. Remember, these are lines that are built to "x" hours, for no work. I'm not sure how it would work, if they come out, but I'd think that you would have to request those kinds of lines. Everyone else keeps their normal guarantee. And I'm sure you couldn't be involuntarily assigned one of these lines.
Let's just wait and see what the EB has for us. I think the bigger question is if this does come out, will the people who answered in their survey that they would do one of the options step up to the plate and do what they said they would do. Sit tight...
