Well to answer the original poster's question, yes my airline recycles. According to the latest edition of Delta's Sky Magazine 1,263,311 pounds of plastic, aluminum and paper from Delta flights were recycled and diverted from local landfills last year. This resulted in $85,749 going to Delta's Force for Global Good and Habitat for Humanity for the construction of a Habitat for Humanity home in 2009.
