Well tried to wade through section 12, hours of serviceand 25 scheduling, and pretty much have thrown up my hands trying in understand the "improvements"
I saw a reduction for some seldom reached double crew (non A380) duty limit from 20:00 to 19:30. Will need to consult smarter people (or just ones with more patience) to understand blended duty limits.

If this is the great improvement to fatigue and duty times, I'll wait for the condensed version to pass judgement.
