I was fortunate to have flown the DC-8 for 15 years and grew to love it.
As I said somewhere on here, I feel I flew the two best: Connie and DC-8. I think I liked the -8 so much because it reminded me of the Connie: a BIG truck! But.....they were both 'real' airplanes and you had to fly them.
