My husband is threatening to retire soon and made me look into different cities or towns where we can make our final home. So, I am looking at San Antonio, Phoenix, Kansas City, Boise, Las Vegas (?), Omaha and Tupelo.

I'd appreciate comments from people who live there as to housing, taxes, weather, etc. I hate to leave Seattle, but I can't very well divorce the poor man after 20+ years, can I?

What do you all think about Memphis? Key West? San Francisco? Tucson?
