If San Antonio is on your list then you should also look at Austin and Fort Worth (not Dallas). I have lived in all those places and my order would be Austin, Fort Worth then San Antonio.
I spent a fair amount of time in Omaha. I will never go back. Bitter cold, windy and not much to do.
Have you looked into Colorado Springs or a town near Denver (Littleton, Parker, etc)?
Out of the four you ask about I would pick Tucson.
Wow, she is all over the map on her retirement choices. I dont really see any pattern there when she added Key West, Tupelo, Omaha, and Memphis? Those four cities certainly would NOT be on my list. I agree with his statement about Austin, that city is amazing, great climate, and has everything. However, the as mentioned above, some suburbs of Denver are also a great choice. Look into Louisville and Longmont as well. I would not choose anywhere in California unless you only want to be retired for about 2 years then go back to work.
