...at first glance....no trip rig wahs out protection...we gave this up with our first contract ....negotiated for the union by the current vp of flt ops....it causes all of us to work more than 2 and a half days more each month for no more pay...all of our legs more than six hours are washed out by trip rig...we were suppose to get this back..ie..work done equals work paid for...but we punted on this crucial work rule...it is also why we fly on three duty days and get paid for less than two...unless someone sees this somewhere in the ta that i haven't found...i think this will have a hard time passing....i just flew a twelve day around the world trip that should have paid 85 hours....not 72....i'm very very dissapointed...can't support this..no mstter what the mec says....sorry..just can't in good concious
