Correct, but we are done with new hire training and will be paid in accordance with the contract:

b. A pilot attending required training events on a scheduled day off shall be paid four (4) hours of flight pay per day above guarantee.

d. A pilot deadheading to or from training on a scheduled day off shall be
paid, above guarantee, four (4) hours of flight pay or deadhead pay (as
per Section 8.A.2), whichever is greater.

So, it seems to me that we should be getting paid 4 hours a day * 5 days of training plus 50% credit for a deadhead from and to ACY since that's where we are based. I have also been assigned 3 days of reserve after training for the remainder of April, so i think my pay should be:

4*5+3*4+(2:35+2:30)/2 = 34.54 hours.

This or they give us prorated guarantee for the remainder of April. Either way, its going to be a mess and we will have to get it corrected.

Let me get this straight... You are one of the 12 recalls? Your recall date is on May 1, 2009... You were issued 3 reserve days at the end of April? Call me a jerk, but can they do that?
