Every release I've seen is different for each airline. They can tailor to what they want. You don't really need to study it for an interview for a few reasons.

1. It's pretty straight forward.
2. If you get hired somewhere they will teach you what they want you to know about it.
3. If you're not previous 121 or big 135 and you've never seen one before, you aren't expected to know much about it.
