..pinseeker...i am the chair of the mil affairs comm...the bfund contribution to mil pilots on short term mil leave is req'b by fed law...fedex has always made contributions to mil leave pilots on long term leave...against fed law they did not make bfund contibutions for pilots on short term mil leave...we worked with fedex legal for almost two years on this issue and this last spring..under threat of class action lawsuit..they agreed to follow the law....this had absolutely nothing to do with the contract....fyi..semper fi, clutch
