Think about it. Add an extra 1-2 legs a day for everyone in the system, subtract layovers to the minimum possible, and suddenly we have extra people.
The sodomizer is evil. And it will get worse, month by month, as the parameters are tightened with the goal of squeezing more $ out of flight operations. The efficiencies look good to the company, but guys are drooling on themselves out there.
The real question is $$ vs. Safety. Which is more important here?
