I think a company should pay for a pilots training, not the other way around.

With that being said, all those that think the pilots who do this (pay for their training) are the primary cause of the pay/benefits packages decling, I think you are absolutely delusional. The pay is eroding because we as a pilot group are accepting it, for one; two, companies in the USA are bankrupt, three, there are just too many pilots in North America. PFT has absolutely nothing to do with pilot pay. Absolutely nothing. Especially at this point.
