Premature or not the word is out. It is happening. Way too late to debate it now. All there is left to do is to show your support and vote YES! A NO vote could be a disaster. Do you want to be the bottom feeder for another 10 years? I don't. Unfortunately I am not eligible to vote.
Where do you get the 10 year number from? I do not see NKS as being bottom feeders at all.
Once you vote yes, you are giving the MEC the right to go ahead and after a release from mediation, enter a cool down period in which we will exit without a contract.
No seniority, Merit based upgrades, and people who were hired after you are now senior because they are flying more than you.
With all this information being expelled, I still have no clue how I will vote. We need to be presented with more facts, and what we have to gain, and or lose... I want to know what we all have on the line if a YES vote gets passed.
