No seniority, Merit based upgrades, and people who were hired after you are now senior because they are flying more than you.
With all this information being expelled, I still have no clue how I will vote. We need to be presented with more facts, and what we have to gain, and or lose... I want to know what we all have on the line if a YES vote gets passed.
I really feel that this is one of the reason why some guys are hesitant about this whole deal. I think there is a hunger out there for information on what kind of pay and workrules we are asking for. I think if guys are armed with FACTS, then they may not be as hesitant to make a decision one way or the other...
