Bond, I have bolded the important parts so you clearly understand.
I'll go slow, seeing as you've got anger management issues.
The majors made the mistake of giving up scope on both jets in the mid 90's, and later 70 seaters (with the exception on CAL) which again has proven to be a guppy killer (for a more clear example please see UA).
That of course being the past, which as you mentioned continues to affect the present and the future for the guys at the majors...so far I think we agree.
Now, I realize that the majority of the folks at the regionals don't want these birds, yet, you've got guys like Bedford and J.O. that simply see them as business opportunities, and will try to get them at anyone's expense.
Impossible you say? Not with guys like BB running the show. Improbable? Maybe, anything is possible with a guy like Bedford, for all we know he might be trying to get 190's for the Midwest operation. I truly hope you're right about you guys being actively engaged in negotiating a leading of the pack contract in all fronts. Unfortunately, I won't believe it, 'til I see it in writing.
