09-01 FCIF says 36 FO's and with 02 and 03 they got a total of 23. Perhaps a cancellation of 01 and a posting of 04 with some FO slots?

As an aside I heard that the SCP told some LCA's that a Euro-domicile is coming very soon ...like this fall? Any one else hear this?
