Last year I applied for a flight test/delivery pilot job (not sure the exact job title) and all it listed was a current FAA Class I physical.
Go to
https://jobs.boeing.com and create a user profile. The job requisition will post requirements for each specific job. I haven't seen much flight test stuff lately, but you can set up a search profile that emails you when new jobs become available.
