For what it's worth, I don't know what I would have done if my side or their side didn't accept the arbitration. But, I know for sure, if I were in your position I would be too worried about the future of the company to be on here fanning the flames on an issue that a court is going to resolve.....

The point of that statement was to point out what I wouldn't do.
If you want to hear it again here it is:
1. Quit needling the other side.
2. Stop name calling.
3. Stop painting every East pilot with the same stroke.
4. Quit complaining. (Since you case is so strong, you are certain to win)
5. So, be a gracious winner,
6. And wait for the court decision.
7. Start making preperations for the losers, or low lifes as you call them, to come into the fold.
It doesn't have to be the "can't we get along" mantra, but it shouldn't be so confrontational. Or, is that how you are going to be when the first East "low life" climbs into the cockpit with you?
