Does anyone have any info for any type of exchange programs or ways to go from a guard pilot to a IP, specifically a T-1 IP. I'm a C-130 co-pilot and in unit that is about to lose its birds. I haven't done to much research into this, but I know I'm not able to do the Active Recall as I've only completed 1 yr of my initial obligation. I was told by someone that Reserve units usually require someone to be a AC, but not sure about the accuracy of that. I am going to contact AFPC, but was looking for any other info.
