I have 101 who have upgraded or been given a class date, of which four (4) turn 65 this year. Seventeen (17) more received bid awards but are on long-term medicals or EB member. Four (4) more received bid awards who then retired. Manpower planning takes into account those on medicals when they come up with their vacancy bid numbers.
