Heard it from a reliable source last night that today the fate of the DC-8 gets decided. Supposedly there's a high level meeting in Louisville today about it. The planes could be parked as soon as this June, and/or completely gone after peak (Jan 2010).

I suspect the planes will be parked earlier than 3rd week of May.
