For you guys at Mesaba and Compass, how is the nonrevving with NWA, i.e. how easy is it to get on behind NWA mainliners and their gaggle of parents, nondependants and retirees? I'm trying to find out if all us w/o nonrevvers are really going to be screwed, or it will just make it a little bit more difficult. I have a family of five, so I'm trying to determine if I have to split us all up on different flights inorder to get anywhere.
Usually it's not too bad. It depends on the destination and the aircraft type. If you are trying to get on a Sabb or CRJ, you might as well just walk to where you are going. However, sometimes routes with just a Sabb or a CRJ work out to your advantage when non-reving because most passengers try to avoid those airplanes if that route is serviced by a DC9 or Airbus.
