ALPA needs to change its focus from being a service company to a labor union(model after the AMA). Someone has to lead the US pilot profession to a secure and dependable occupation.

People will scarfice money, work rules, retirement planning, and safety to get a few thousand hours. Then they plan to apply for a real job after undercutting the profession.

Come on... stop the musical chairs!


ps. to the guys at the majors... you are not safe by a long shot. (remember Eastern, PanAm, Braniff, TWA...)
