I agree again.
By outsourcing the flying of smaller equipment to different companys and pilot groups the legacy airline pilots started it all in motion. Pilot groups are being whip-sawed against each other to keep their jobs.
I see only two solutions...
--- Legacy airline pilots take back the flying by regionals over 50 seats
or
--- ALPA National takes the leadership roll and stops the whip-sawing by have common language in all contracts and limits how low the payscale can go.
We all need to help make the changes.
