Here's my seven points:

1. USAPA is suing west pilots (18) for big dollars each for doing thing such as posting on a web board and calling there phone number a bunch of times. It was thrown out with prejudiced and they appealed!

2. USAPA is trying to get several hundred pilots fired for not paying dues even thou they were not even accepted for membership at the time.

3. Submitted to the company a new seniority list with the east pilots at the top of coarse.

4. Will not extend furlough insurance benefits to west furloughed.

5. Willfully delaying contract negotiations so as not to implement the nic arb.

6. Had to be forced in the presence of a federal judge to file a fair grievance for out of seniority furloughs (west of course)

7. Won't allow a west pilot to run for office, so it must be threatened by the Dept of Labor to rerun election and have west pilot on ballot.

I could go on and on...


These people in charge of this union are low life's...period.
