Although it might say "Your fellow Eagle First Officers" in the letter, the company would hold YOU accountable for public posting of this. Just looking out for you brother as if they decide to go after you, they'll need to either furlough 1 less pilot or recall only 74.
I'd hate to see a career trashed before it even got started...........good luck though.
Open Time equals OVER TIME I doubt any Airline can take action against a pilot group because they choose to refuse open time, IT wont HOLD UP IN COURT.
On another note there are people who will always Pick up open time regardless of fellow pilots loosing their Jobs. This is the reason as a Profession we cant get anything done WE ARE OUR OWN worst ENEMY.
