Nope totally different
United asked for an injunction in federal court that seeked to restrain the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) and several pilots from engaging in "unlawful job actions" that the airline says has resulted in hundreds of cancellations," the Chicago Tribune reports. The Associated Press says "the injunction request accuses (ALPA) of encouraging a sick-out, which is not allowed under the Railway Labor Act, the labor law governing airlines. It also said pilots were refusing to pick up extra flying." United’s injunction request claims "ALPA's communications are essentially a guide describing how to use sick leave inappropriately."
NO ONE IS ASKING FOR A SICKOUT AT EAGLE just NOT to Pick up OPEN TIME
