Really? Apparently you have never heard of an administrative subpoena...
finding out who somebody is on a BSS such as this is not as difficult as you may think it is... especially for a Corp that spends over 300 million per year just on their full time legal division of lawyers... and if you don't think they'd do it, then you don't know AMR. They have done more, for less, many many times... 27 bucks to file a suit, and 10 minutes to type up the administrative subpoena is nothing... they'll do it just to pizz ya off and cause you problems.
Actually, they'll do it to send a message to others and you're right, their lawyers are on retainer anyway and need little things to keep some of the new clerks busy.
I tried to explain this, but some of the new kids here full of **** and vinager don't realize they're no longer on the campus strip hammered at 2 AM and talking smack to another drunken college chucklehead. In this case, this guys now dealing with a multi billion dollar corporation with their hands on HIS cojones and they can squeeze them to jelly (along with his career) if they want to over this move.
