Do I agree with the idea of not working OT; yes. However, what you are not considering is who it is exactly that you are trying to fight. AMR will spend millions from one account to save pennies in another account. They do not care, period... end of story.

You have to pick your fights very carefully when dealing with AMR. Your talking about a multinational company with about 100,000 employees, that is so large a President of the US refused to let just one unit of the company strike a few years ago because the effect to the economy would be too great. Places like Republic, ExpressJet, Mesa, or Comair.... could never say that.

The reality is that witholding OT services at Eagle would not be wise decision.

AMR has bottomless deep pockets and is more than willing to outspend their competition to win any legal battle.
