neither do I, and the only OT I ever worked was when it suited my purposes, not theirs... in other words the trip went someplace I wanted to go, or was with a crew I wanted to work with. There are plenty of ways to make money, prostituting myself by working OT for airline management isn't on my high list of to do items.
I don't work for a company that can Junior-Man so my train of thought was along your lines. They can't force me to work and I can't think of to many people who would go looking for open time they didn't want to fly
When the company has called in need of help, I've told them no. Not because I didn't want to help them, I just didn't feel like working on my days off.
