Just throwing this out, but I have seen varying interpretations of the UAL lawsuit listed above. Anyone thinking about violating the "status quo" should read the judge's preliminary injunction ruling for themselves. Check out www.ualinfo.com and click on "Read the filings". Keep in mind it is a UAL sponsored website.
